Hey Scott. We needed this. We sooooo needed this. Just because someone has billions of dollars, and he 'made' a company that has emerged a winner, doesnt mean we can take all his brain dump without question. Especially when he has been trying with no end to popularize the stream of his consciousness. Rating your coworkers felt like a bad bad bad idea then, it feels more stupid by the day. Thanks for writing this, and being a voice out there. And yes, rightly pointed out, it might as well work for a very narrowly scoped profession, and completely fall for others. Thats what success is in broad stroke : a win over a narrowly defined set of circumstances, with odds seeded by a mix of serendipity and (ofcourse) talent.
